RFund is licensed to its users for either a never-ending perpetual term or for consecutive 12-month terms. Anyone using RFund free on a 60-day Trial may convert it to a perpetual or 12-month term.
When a 60-day Trial copy or a 12-month license expires, RFund will cease to operate. However, no user-data will be lost; a license-renewal will get the software running again, seamlessly. For more details go to Ordering.
RFund’s displays and outputs show the name of the property associated with the licensed user. A user is any person or organization that has a “relationship” with the particular property. These would include Boards of Directors, Property Managers, Accountants, or Reserve Specialists.

Pay once, install RFund, and it's yours forever. That's the Perpetual License arrangement. Or, pay for a Renewable Annual RFund License. - You input your existing reserve plan into RFund — or if you like we'll do it for you. No charge at all.
 Almost immediately you'll see your property’s reserve picture below your own property’s name. It's a colorful chart with all your dollar amounts under it — on RFund's vivid All-in-One display.- You continue to work with RFund for 60 days inputting your actual expenditures to replace your planned expenditures. Or we'll do it for you for 2 whole years. No charge.
- Before the 60 days is up, you say “yes” to the perpetual license arrangement.
- You pay $195 and you never never pay again.
- That's not all. You receive, at no extra cost …
Two years of free quarterly updating of your expenditures actuals • A free copy of the $24.95/copy book “Reserve Fund Essentials” • Help Line Service by e-mail or phone • 450-item Components List • Free upgrades of RFund software as they occur.

The Renewable Annual RFund License
- You download the free 60-day Trial program. Or … opt for the Straight-to-Purchase license that gives you 12-months for $49.
- You input your existing reserve plan into RFund — or if you like we'll do it for you. No charge at all.
 Almost immediately you'll see your property’s reserve picture below your own property”s name. It”s a colorful chart with all your dollar amount under it — on RFund's vivid All-in-One display.- You continue to work with RFund for 60 days inputting your actual expenditures to replace your planned expenditures. Or we'll do this task for you. Up to 6 updates, to show you how. Continue on your own (RFund is a snap to learn) or we'll do it for a nominal per- update charge.
- Before the 60 days is up, (or even after the 60 day trial expires), you say “yes” to an annual fee. You pay $49 for your first 12-month license, and $49 to renew it for subsequent 12-month terms. You may pay $195 at any time to acquire a Perpetual License. (Note that the Perpetual License eliminates the simple, but recurring annual re-activation process).
