Our TABLE OF CONTENTS menu is unable to function. Either your browser does not support javascript, or the PopUp Blocker on Windows XP SP2 is blocking display of the menu.This is caused by a default setting of Internet Explorer that disables scripting on local files. The menu is not a PopUp. To change this setting in Internet Explorer choose Tools -> Internet options and the tab Advanced. Under security enable "Allow active content to run in files on My Computer".

	If you publish a hard-copy newsletter—
	We can send you (A) or (B).
	(A)	A paragraph-size abstract to publish in your Newsletter. It includes a website address so the reader can find the entire article.
	(B)	We can send the entire article to you.
	For either (A) or (B), simply send an e-mail to us. Name the article (title) you want. Tell us who you are and a little about your Newsletter, and we’ll take care of your request right away.

	If you have a website—
	We can supply you with a short abstract of the article. Name the article (title) you want. Tell us a little bit about who you are and what your website address is. We’ll send you the abstract …put the abstract on your website. Your viewers will click on it to read the article on the RFund site.
