Well, it's really much more than just a “display”. But let's start with that. Our innovative development, RFund reserve fund software, does many things to help create and manage properties' reserve funds. One of its stellar features is the display of the reserve plan in a remarkably clear color-coded chart along with all the relevant reserve dollars in a table.

They provide answers to questions like … How adequate is our reserve plan funding? … Are the minimum balances in the low years actually high enough? … Is our plan “smooth” or does it's bumpiness herald some possible future difficulties? In other words it's a brief consulting job on your property's reserves, all for free!
